Giacomo (Jack) Fallucca is an amazing friend and guy. He has more than 30 years of experience in the food industry, primarily working in the family business. Palermo Villa Inc. d/b/a Palermo’s Pizza is a legacy business in the Milwaukee area that began almost 45 years ago when Jack’s father and mother opened a bakery in the Third Ward. Jack is President and CEO of Palermo Pizza. He is on track to reach $200 million in gross revenue and is currently doubling his facility. Hat’s off to Jack.
