If you have not read Synchronicity: The Inner Path of Leadership by Joseph Jaworski, Betty Sue Flowers, and Peter M. Senge then you’ve missed a classic. Joseph is the son of Watergate prosecutor Leon Jaworski. It’s about his life, servant leadership and quantum physics – an easy read but very challenging in content. The one theme I remember so well is “creating predictable miracles.” Make reading this book a priority.

In Felix Dennis’s book, How To Get Rich, he says there are eight secrets. Make sure you read his book but here are the “secrets”:
ONE: Desire is insufficient – Compulsion is mandatory;
TWO: Cut from the negative – Never give in;
THREE: Ignore “great ideas” – it’s great execution;
FOUR: FOCUS – FOCUS – FOCUS;
FIVE: Hire smart talent – delegate;
SIX: 100% ownership is the real “Secret.”
SEVEN: Sell before you need to;
EIGHT: Fear nothing and no one
