On the topic of health: Fish Oil. I’m a big believer in taking fish oil daily. A few years ago I was introduced to Nordic Naturals liquid fish oil. It is tasteless and I believe really healthy. A spoon full per day, in my opinion, is a great health discipline. Give it a try.
