  This blog is #3 in my series – 20 things you should do in your lifetime.  Fly over Maui in a helicopter. Betty and I did this several years ago and the picture is still in our minds. It’s an amazing experience – not cheap but something you can’t measure in dollars.

Deja Vu

Retreat

In a recent blog, I listed some items from a “life list” – one was to take two weeks off – no phone, computer, no watch – this would be tough. As an alternative try total solitude for 3 days – no human contact – read, journal, fast, exercise, meditate, etc. – life changing.
