Goalden Eagle Program
The Goalden Eagle program is for those individuals who are ready to begin the process of working with coaches and mentors while learning how to set goals, network with successful individuals who are on the same path but, for whatever reason, do not have the time and/or the resources to hire a personal coach. Its design is to use the multiple communication techniques and the fundamental principles of success including suggested exercises in writing out your goals, recommended reading and key websites, to name a few of the processes.
The Goalden Eagle has only ONE purpose: To teach you how to fully integrate the principles of success so that you can create a well-balanced, quality lifestyle.
As a result of the Goalden Eagle program, you will have received the support and information to develop a roadmap for balancing your life in regards to spirituality, health, relationships, emotions, intellect, and finances.
Through the Goalden Eagle program, you will receive the support, coaching and educational materials to learn how to fully integrate the principles of success so that you can create a well-balanced, quality lifestyle. You will set your goals while balancing the Six Life Priorities:
- Spirituality: As spiritual beings having a physical experience we focus on the core values of participants. A spiritual focus – not a religious one.
- Health: It is fact that integrated, balanced lives create abundant energy. Learn the basic principles of both.
- Relationships: Healthy, intimate, productive relationships are the keys to networking. Create your own “predictable” miracles.
- Emotions: High self-esteem is one of the keys to contentment and happiness. Learn how to make these principles work for you.
- Intellect: The wisdom of the ages is at your disposal! Nearly 100,000 books are published every year. Learn to read one a day.
- Finances: All working adults fall into one of three earning categories. Learn the power of trading “Other People’s Time and Money for Money.”
The focus is on working with your mastermind coaches while learning key principles, applying them on a daily basis and staying disciplined for in order to change habits — the key to changing behavior.
Why Goalden Eagle? Goalden Eagle program uses a holistic approach and is rich in concepts that show you how to make great change in your life and help you work with your coaches to embrace that change. You will focus on concepts like:
- One idea, well executed, can change your life forever.
- One person, attracted to you because of whom you have become, can change your life forever.
- 85% of the adult population “just don’t get it.” The remaining 15% want to rise to the next level but continue to use the same skills, abilities, and contacts that took them to where they are today.
- You are the average of the ten adults you spend the most time with.
- 90% of all behavior stems from a person’s sense of self-worth and 90% of all adults, to some degree, have less than adequate self-esteem.
- What gets measured – gets done!
Goalden Eagle Preparation
This is a marathon not a sprint. You will learn more about the 18-month Growth Curve, so stay focused. Make a commitment to be the very best you can be – to fulfill your God-given potential. This program is designed to be challenging but not overwhelming. Here are some things to do to get started:
- You should print out the lessons and support material and have a three-ring notebook or journal such as “My Life List” to catalog your goals. Tabs that may help may include, but are not limited to: a) 6 year; b) 3 year; c) 18 months; d) 90 days; e) Calendar of events; f) Assignments; g) Reading list. I also suggest you have additional tabs for each of the lessons.
- To access suggested websites, ensure you have the latest version of your Internet Browser.
- Set up a designated place for your goal library. (We’ll be sending you books and I’m sure you have some great books already.)
- Find a quiet place to think, write, and meditate – if possible.
- Subscribe to my weekly Eaglezine – http://www.tomhillwebsite.com.
- Schedule 30 to 60 minutes every week to work through the lesson information and activities.
- Have a dependable accountability partner or Mastermind group – people who are willing to work with you on a weekly basis. This person/person’s role is to hold you accountable to your goals. They can benefit also by working on their goals and having you be their accountability partner. They may even wish to be full members of the Goalden Eagle program. If so, have them call Terri Olsen in my office at (636) 625-3337 to enroll.
In closing, two very important actions on your part are:
- Use a three-ring notebook to keep your Goalden Eagle materials;
- Have a dependable accountability partner
Here’s wishing you every success – the future is yours to create!
Tom
